Additional Information

• Spirit Nights are available for schools, faith-based organizations, sports teams/leagues, and non-profit organizations. Individuals are not eligible.
• Your group/organization is responsible for promoting the event with your members, families, neighbors, etc. to get as many people to participate as possible. The more participants, the larger your event and the more funds raised!
• Willie's will provide a flyer that may be posted to social media, your newsletter, or emailed to supporters.
• Organization members may not distribute flyers or display posters on the Willie's premises (this includes the parking lot). Please make sure this is communicated all persons promoting your event to ensure your group is allowed to schedule a future event.
• Your guests do not have to provide a flyer at the restaurant - just make sure they notify the staff they are there in support of your Spirit Night.
• You are not required to have a representative onsite for the entire Spirit Night.
• Willie's will donate 15% of total purchases (before tax and tip) from your organization's guests. Gift card purchases excluded.
• Please allow four to six weeks for processing your donation check. A W9 is required to issue a check. To avoid delays, email your W9 upon confirmation.
• Organizations are not permitted to display or distribute any signage, pamphlets or other propaganda for the organization during the Spirit Night on the Willie's premises.
• Elementary Schools: "We Want Willie's Tonight!" stickers are available to promote your event. These can be placed on students shirts at school the day of the event as a reminder for parents.
• Check your receipt! In order to be counted toward your donation, your receipt should list "Spirit Night $X.XX"
